Shipping & Returns

All Sales Are Final Once Shipped

Due to the temperature-sensitive and stability-controlled nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once shipped. NexveraBio cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have left our facility, as we cannot verify that proper storage conditions have been maintained during return transit. This policy protects both NexveraBio and our customers by ensuring product integrity.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only prior to shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been tendered to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified. To request cancellation before shipment, contact support@nexverabio.com immediately with your order number. Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. A $25 processing fee may be deducted to offset fulfillment preparation costs.

The NexveraBio Quality Guarantee

NexveraBio stands behind the purity and accuracy of every product. If you independently have a NexveraBio product tested by an accredited, HPLC-certified third-party laboratory, and the resulting Certificate of Analysis demonstrates a purity level below the percentage stated on the product COA or a quantity variance greater than 10% from the labeled amount, we will (at NexveraBio’s sole option) issue a full refund of the product cost and initial shipping fees, replace the product, or issue store credit — and reimburse the reasonable costs of the third-party laboratory testing. To process a claim, NexveraBio must be able to verify the test results directly with the testing laboratory. This guarantee applies to the active component as scientifically established; researchers are responsible for understanding the yield of specific salt compounds.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect — meaning the product fails to conform to the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis at the time of shipment — you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt at support@nexverabio.com with: (a) your order number; (b) the product name and lot/batch number; (c) a description of the suspected defect; and (d) any supporting documentation, photographs, or independent testing results. If a defect is confirmed, NexveraBio will replace the product or issue a refund at its sole option.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives visibly damaged or with compromised packaging: (a) photograph the damage before opening or discarding any packaging; (b) notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at support@nexverabio.com; and (c) retain all packaging materials. NexveraBio will replace or refund at its sole option.

Missing Items

NexveraBio maintains rigorous fulfillment verification and photographic documentation for every order prior to dispatch. If your shipment is incomplete, contact support@nexverabio.com within three (3) business days of delivery with your order number and the specific item details. If our records confirm an item was omitted, we will promptly ship the missing product at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that does not match your order, contact support@nexverabio.com within seven (7) days of receipt with your order number and description. NexveraBio will ship the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Lost Shipments

NexveraBio requires a 10-business-day waiting period from the date of carrier pickup before a package can be officially classified as lost and an insurance claim initiated. Shipping protection does not extend to packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or partially used; products where the seal has been broken or tampered with; products returned without prior written authorization; products for which the Purchaser cannot provide proof of purchase; and products returned more than fourteen (14) days after delivery (except under the Quality Guarantee).

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only for: (a) orders canceled prior to shipment; (b) verified manufacturing defects; (c) verified shipping errors attributable to NexveraBio; or (d) verified Quality Guarantee claims. Refunds are not available for change of mind, ordering errors, or products improperly stored after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for NexveraBio errors or Quality Guarantee claims.

Storage Requirements

Products must be stored in accordance with the specifications provided on the label and Certificate of Analysis. Failure to maintain proper storage conditions may result in product degradation. NexveraBio bears no responsibility for products improperly stored after delivery.

Regulatory Status

Products are labeled “For Research Use Only” and are not FDA-approved for any indication. NexveraBio is solely a supplier of research chemicals and is not a 503A or 503B compounding facility. The regulatory landscape for research chemicals is subject to change. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
